All Acadiana residents with an interest in open source technologies are invited to attend the August 2011 meeting of the Acadiana Open Source Group on Thursday August 25 at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will take place at the LITE Center. As always, admission is free and open to the public. Thanks to the LITE Center staff for continuing to allow us to use their facilities. A sign will be posted in the building on the day of the meeting to direct attendees. Here's a map for directions; contact LITE if you need more information.

This meeting will feature a roundtable discussion on general discussion of open source, its usage, and its development. As always, please let us know if you are interested in speaking at or sponsoring a future meeting and remember to continue spreading the word about AOS to family, friends, classmates, and colleagues so we can get a good turnout!
